It's been 2 weeks since last post! Well, I didn't have much to update but had some refection and plans for the next few weeks :)
Finance plans
This month I'm finally not on big credit card debts! It's November and soon it's gonna be the holiday season which means my wallet normally takes multiple bullets. However, since I analyzed my current expense, income and future plans, I decided to consciously control my impulsive spending and save/invest at least 500 euros per month.
A breakdown of my monthly income and expense: Salary (2860 euros) - fixed housing and facilities (1650 euros) - Food (300 euros) - 200 (miscellaneous) = saving and investment (710 euros). For saving and investment, I will save half to my saving account and use the other half to buy stocks or ETF.
However, above is a rather ideal month, and sometimes I have bills like property tax or unforeseen expenses, so the yearly saving amount will be around 6000 ~ 7000 euros.
Also I decided to follow the rules below to better control the spending:
- When I buy something not extremely necessary, I will try to leave it in the shopping cart for 2 weeks and rethink about it. Think: Do I really need it? Or I just like the idea of owning it? Is it a trap of consumption?
- Ask myself, if it's indeed something necessary to buy, how often I will use it and how long it will last? If it's something necessary and can last a long time, buy one with great quality even if it may cost more.
- Think about the future, if I save the money instead for investment, will it bring greater value than the thing I want to buy later?
- Use my debit card instead of credit card to avoid carrying debts over the months!
Reading plans
I would like to read a few investing classics to harness my emotions when investing in stocks. Three books I'd like to finish are The Intelligent Investor, A Random Walk Down Wall Street, and Active Portfolio Management. I will need more knowledge about the stock market to wisely invest money.

Gonna have a short period (One month) cutting phase, and made my meal planning which has around 2000 Kcal per day. Now my morning clean weight is 65kg and I aim to get around 63kg.
